Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items that are eligible for return are because they have a factory breakage or were damaged during shipping and handling. If your order has been delivered for more than 7 days and no damage was reported in that time, IT IS NOT ELIGIBLE. Products
that you purchased without reading the measurements would also not be eligible, unless the product in the description does not have the measurements specified.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at lamarketashopp@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
